But should the Canadian utopia – to federate distinct cultures and languages – be rethought with regard to the rehabilitation of the First Nations, the protection of the Quebec identity, the immigration encouraged, the sustainability of the economy and its resources? Basically, what is “being Canadian” in 2023?”
