Hello everyone!
Ah, spring! The awakening of nature, renewal...
Leaving winter's torpor behind, we have a wonderful activity planned to welcome this new season: on March 25th, the Canadian Cultural Centre is offering us a private, guided tour of its exhibition Histoires croisées, on architecture and the city, featuring Canadian architects Gae Aulenti and Phyllis Lambert, as well as critic Ada Louise Huxtable. This exclusive event is reserved for our members and one guest, subject to the capacity of the Cultural Centre. We encourage you to register early!
As I have mentioned in my last message, with the return of warm weather comes the desire to resume our outdoor activities. With this in mind we are pleased to offer you a guided tour of the magnificent Château de Fontainebleau, a jewel of France's heritage, which will be presented to us by experts in the field. The cost of the ticket includes access to the gardens and outdoor areas.
But first to get us back in shape and on our feet, we still have a few places available for a great tour right here in Paris: Le Parc et la Plaine Monceau, Paris de la Belle Époque, on March 30th. Please note that the tour will be in English and members and non-members are welcome!
And if you are looking forward to seeing us again and the end of March is too far away, please note that registration is open for our brunch on March 16th, which will be held in the 11th arrondissement, at Borgo Delle Tovaglie.
Finally (and at the risk of repeating myself!) there is still time to complete our satisfaction survey. Visit the Google document, and tell us how we can improve our activity offerings!
Looking forward to seeing you very soon,
For the Executive Committee :
Sylvie, Annabelle, Vanessa et Mayssane
